Overview

FOSER joined with Little League International to create the Financial Management Training Class to help leagues take the next step in financial planning. Each league is its own business and often some of the common financial mistakes could be handled by knowing more about financial management. Through this seminar leagues will learn new strategies for creating and tracking to a budget, how to report on the budget and best practices. Transparency to your membership is key and this seminar provides ways to help you be more transparent. Taxes and government regulations are complicated, Little League can provide some guidance, however, FOSER will bring in a local CPA to assist in the seminar with rules and regulations for your state. Who should attend?

This seminar is specifically designed for League Treasurers, Presidents and Vice-Presidents. However, any board member will benefit from this seminar. This seminar is also great for District Administrators and staff.
